Research use only

Every product sold by VialSpec is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.

We do not provide instructions, advice or opinions about dosing, administration or use in people or animals, and we will cancel any order where the buyer indicates such use.

Who may order

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are buying for laboratory research and have the knowledge and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you receive and use the materials.

Orders and payment

Sending an order request is not a purchase. An order is accepted only when we issue an invoice and it is paid. We may decline or cancel any order request. Prices shown are per vial in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is stated on the invoice.

Product information

Listings state the compound, the labelled fill and the certificate-of-analysis status of the lot. Where a certificate is on file it applies only to the lot named on it. Product descriptions are chemical identification only and make no claim about any effect.

Handling and risk

Research chemicals can be hazardous. You accept all risk in handling, storing and using the materials, and agree that VialSpec is not liable for any use contrary to this policy.

Your information

We use the details you submit with an order request only to process that order, send the invoice and ship it.
